Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to a service with Aperture Services Ltd you are agreeing to these T&Cs. We reserve the right to update them without notice.

What you can expect from us:

Our Commitment:

We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service and stand by our work. If you notice any issues within 24 hours of a cleaning (missed window, bird mess, water spotting, etc.), inform us for prompt resolution.

Water Fed Pole Technology:

Our water-fed pole method leaves windows wet after cleaning, but they dry spotless. Visit our about us section for details on this process.

Rainy Days & Quality:

We clean even in the rain using the water-fed pole method. Rest assured, rain doesn’t affect our cleaning quality; your windows will dry clear.

Astragal Consideration:

Decorative astragals may come loose during cleaning due to adhesive weakening or natural wear. We’re not liable for replacements if they move or detach during cleaning.

Invoices:

Every job we undertake is accompanied by an invoice, though for domestic customers, these are not automatically sent unless requested. We understand that some customers may require invoices for their records, and we are happy to provide them upon request.

If you need an invoice for a completed job, please contact our customer support, and we will promptly provide the necessary documentation.

What we ask of you:

Your Responsibilities:

To ensure a seamless cleaning process, we kindly request that you prepare for our visit by taking the following steps:

  • Close all windows securely.
  • Unlock any gates or access points to the cleaning area.
  • Clear away any animal mess or obstacles that could impede our cleaning.

Please note that failure to complete these preparations may impact our ability to clean all windows effectively. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the scheduled cleaning.

Payment & Service:

To ensure smooth service, we don’t continue cleaning if payment is owed from a previous visit. We’ll send friendly reminders, understanding that life can be busy.

Late Payment Policy:

All outstanding invoices remaining unpaid after 30 days from the clean date will incur a late fee of 10% of the invoiced amount, with a minimum fee of £5. Subsequent late fees will be applied every consecutive 30 days thereafter.

Direct Debit Payments:

Customers who choose Direct Debit as their payment method agree to the following terms:

  • In case of a failed Direct Debit payment, a £5 administrative fee will be charged.
  • Customers will be promptly notified of any failed payments.
  • The admin fee will be added to the next successful payment.
  • Admin fees are non-refundable, even if payment information is updated.
  • Contact our customer support for dispute resolution within 14 days.

We appreciate your trust in Aperture Services Ltd. For any questions or clarifications, please reach out.
